Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) continually strives to elevate the customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security and efficiency for customers as they move through the Terminal Lobby, Baggage Claim, Security Checkpoints and the Federal Inspection Station (FIS) spaces and processes. The ability to provide superior customer service is one of CLT’s six strategic principles and is something that is highly valued within the organization. To achieve this goal, the Company shall provide a team of highly engaged, well-trained and hospitality-oriented Customer Service and Baggage Service Associates to provide a commensurately high level of professional, courteous, efficient and safe service.
