This session will focus on the unique accommodation needs of individuals living with cognitive and developmental disabilities. You will learn what cognitive and developmental disabilities are and ways to make your programs and services accessible to people with these conditions.

• Reasonable accommodation requests

This session will teach you how to build programs that are flexible to participant needs and make your work enriching for all. Attendees will have an opportunity to explore accommodation options, discuss what the reasonable accommodation request process can look like, and find ways to make their programming ADA-compliant.
