THIS EVENT IS PART OF POLLINATOR WEEK!

Drop in any time at TAG to get a crash course in pollinator identification from the North Carolina Wildlife Foundation (NCWF) Charlotte Wildlife Stewards chapter, the City of Charlotte and NCWF staff. After reviewing instructions, you'll be ready to start counting pollinators!

Counting is simple! Just observe a flowering plant for 15 minutes and tally how many insects land on it. No prior experience is needed and this is a great family-friendly activity. We'll provide you with everything you need, and afterward, you can participate in the census at home. The Great Southeastern Pollinator Census occurs all day August 22 and 23.
