Description
The City of Charlotte (city) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms/teams (Firms) to provide advice and assistance (Services) in connection to a vertical design-build project for a firehouse. The City anticipates selecting one owner’s advisor to assist with this Project. The City is seeking well qualified consultant whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional services to the City.
Pre-Bid Due:
Date: October 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST.
Location: Microsoft Team Meeting Only (see RFQ - Section 1: Instruction or addenda for meeting details). Instructions: The pre-submittal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. It is recommended that you test the connection prior to the meeting. Be prepared to share your name, company name and email address when you sign on. While it is not mandatory that you attend the pre-submittal meeting, it is strongly encouraged.
Bid Opening Location & Details
All submissions must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Portal, under the respective project. Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the project’s posted due date. The city strongly recommends allowing sufficient time to complete this process (ideally a week prior to the deadline) to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Uploading large documents may take time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed.
