Overview

The Westbourne Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 72 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate system capacity. The project area is bordered by Pleasant Grove Road to the north, Bellhaven Boulevard to the south, Brookshire Boulevard to the east and McClure Circle to the west.

Project Updates

March 2025

Construction of the Westbourne Storm Drainage Improvement Project is complete. Storm Water Services will continue to monitor the project during the next 12 months as part of the warranty phase. The construction inspector will conduct 6- and 11-month inspections during the warranty period. If needed, the contractor will return to the site to make repairs.
