Overview

The Manor Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 28 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate system capacity. The project area is bordered by Plantation Place to the north, Fieldbrook Place to the south, Chelsea Drive to the east and Little Sugar Creek to the west.

Project Updates

April 2025

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and engineering consultant DPR Associates have completed the study of the existing storm drainage system in the Manor project area.

Next, the project will move into the design phase. During this phase the project team will develop detailed drawings for the proposed improvements.
