CATS Credit Card System Service Disruption Canceled

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) credit card system will NOT experience an outage this Sunday, June 4, as the planned system maintenance has been canceled.

CATS Hosts Public Meetings for Express Route Discontinuation

Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will host a series of public meetings, in compliance with Title VI Equity Analysis, regarding the discontinuation of express service that will take place beginning Sept. 30, impacting the 74X Union County Express. These meetings will be open to the public to allow community members to provide feedback.

CATS Announces June Service Changes

Beginning Monday, June 5, the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will adjust schedules on bus routes 16 – South Tryon and 56 – Arrowood, to improve on-time performance. The LYNX Blue Line and CityLYNX Gold Line will also see minor adjustments.
