Riders can download the free CATS-Pass app to quickly and confidentially communicate with transit security. You might notice a full trash can at a bus stop, a spill on the bus, or be experiencing a situation that requires attention. The app allows you to share this information so it can be directed to the appropriate staff for follow-up. As an alternative, you can also text a tip to 704-251-6402 or use our web form to submit a report. Click here to do so: Report a Problem
The CATS Pass app is available in the app store, or you can download it from your app store by scanning the QR code.
1. When you see a concern, click on "Report a problem to CATS."
2. Add a photo, type in the details, select a report type and location, and select the button if you wish to remain anonymous.
3. Click "Send Report."
