From April 27 - 29 the Bus Bridge continues, but only between Scaleybark and Bland stations, to support South End Station construction.
As CATS prepares installation of a new track crossing as part of the South End Station project, a portion of the Rail Trail will be closed beginning April 19. As work is completed, sections of the Rail Trail will reopen (May-July).

About the Transit System Plan update:
The Transit System Plan update will shape the future of bus and rail services in the Charlotte region. Mecklenburg County is working with the State of North Carolina to consider a future local sales tax referendum to ask our community if they support dedicating additional funding to transit service investments. This Transit System Plan update is needed to identify the transit enhancements that would be made if additional local funding were available.
