To provide a more secure and reliable checkout experience, CATS is upgrading its mobile payment processor on May 21. Please be aware of the following minor changes to your CATS-Pass account.
Stored Cards: For your security, any credit or debit card numbers currently saved in your account will be cleared during this transition.
Action Needed: The next time you purchase a pass after the update, you will simply need to re-enter your card information.
This update will not impact your active tickets, passes or stored cash value. All existing fares in your account remain valid and ready for use. Push messaging within the CATS-Pass app will provide updates when this change is complete and all credit cards are ready for use. We apologize for this brief inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we upgrade our systems to better serve you.
