Beginning Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, CATS Gold Line streetcars will begin operating using stop request service. Streetcars will stop when customers press onboard "Stop Request" buttons or if customers are waiting to board on station platforms.

Due to road closures in Uptown for Charlotte FC vs. Atlanta United FC, CATS buses will operate on temporary detours on Wednesday, July 22 from 4 to 11 p.m. Customers should expect additional travel time while buses operate on detour.
