Both the Blue Line and Gold Line will be closed for scheduled preventative maintenance from Saturday, April 25 at 2 a.m. until Monday, April 27 at 4 a.m. A bus bridge will replace all trains. From April 27 - 29 the Bus Bridge continues, but only between Scaleybark and Bland stations, to support South End Station construction.
As CATS prepares installation of a new track crossing as part of the South End Station project, a portion of the Rail Trail will be closed beginning April 19. As work is completed, sections of the Rail Trail will reopen (May-July).

Temporary CATS Bus Detour – Charlotte Water Main Repairs
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will temporarily adjust bus route 12 due to a water main repairs.
Route: 12 – South Boulevard Where: South Boulevard at Westinghouse Boulevard; South Boulevard at Sharon Road West. When: Until further notice.
Stops impacted: 46382 – South Boulevard and Sharon Road West 30150 – South Boulevard at 8916 (Hendrick Honda) 30160 – South Boulevard and Westinghouse Boulevard 30180 – South Boulevard and Longleaf Drive 36970 – South Boulevard at 9440 (Discount Tire)
