Temporary CATS Bus and Streetcar Detour – Charlotte Pride Parade and Festival

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will temporarily adjust the Gold Line and following routes due to road closures for the Charlotte Pride Parade and Festival in Uptown this weekend.

CATS will implement a bus bridge to supplement Gold Line service between CTC and French Street stations from noon to 4 p.m. During this time, streetcars between Sunnyside and CTC stations will operate on normal 20-minute headways.

A bus bridge provides connecting bus service to light rail and streetcar stations and stops when rail services are temporarily suspended. More information on bus bridges can be found through this link: Bus Bridge Stop Locations.
