Pedal, Rack and Ride Free with CATS

As part of Bike to Work Week, the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is giving you a reason to dust off that bike and hit the road—literally. If you rack your bike on any CATS bus or rail vehicle, your transit ride is on the house from May 12 to 18!

It’s all part of our mission to keep Charlotte’s air clean and support sustainable travel. Whether you're commuting, cruising to a coffee shop or just exploring the city, this is your chance to save some cash and reduce your carbon footprint.

Racks are easy to use and ready for you—mounted right on the front of all buses and inside every rail vehicle. So grab your helmet, hop on your bike, rack it up and ride free all week long.
