Beginning Monday, July 13, The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is inviting the community to participate in the Better Bus survey.
CATS heard your priorities for improving bus service, and we now invite you to provide feedback that will help shape the final schedules for routes included in the October 2026 Better Bus service changes.
The survey will be available July 13 through 26. Your input will help CATS develop the final schedules that will take effect on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026.
