Beginning July 27, 2026, eligible Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Special Transportation Service (STS) customers will be able to schedule trips through a new online booking platform.
Customers may continue to schedule trips by phone. Online booking is an additional option designed to make scheduling trips more convenient.
Beginning July 27, access the online booking platform by selecting this link: CATS STS Online Booking Portal
Log in using the phone number or email address associated with your STS account.
Select your pickup and drop-off locations.
Schedule trips for the next day or up to six days in advance.
View real-time estimated arrival times (ETAs) for upcoming trips
View your trip history and download trip information.
Save frequently used locations, such as your home or workplace, to make future bookings faster.
STS provides transportation for individuals whose disabilities prevent them from using CATS fixed-route bus or rail services. Customers must be certified as eligible to use STS.
