The MPTA and CATS are seeking applicants for two new transit rider-focused advisory committees—the Mobility Access Committee (MAC) and the Transit Riders Advisory Committee (TRAC). These committees will elevate rider experience into decisions that affect accessibility, service quality, customer experience and the future of our transit system.

The Charlotte Pride Festival and Parade will take place in Uptown this weekend. Beginning Friday, Aug. 14 at 9:30 a.m. and continuing through Sunday, Aug. 16 at 11:59 p.m., several CATS bus routes and the Gold Line will operate on temporary detours.
Riders should expect additional travel time and bypassed stops throughout the event.

Inbound trips will bypass Brevard St & 9th St
Gold Line streetcars will operate every 20 minutes between Sunnyside Station and the Charlotte Transportation Center (CTC).
A bus bridge will run between the CTC and French Street Station.
