Ride CATS to Lovin’ Life Music Fest

Lovin’ Life Music Fest returns to Uptown Charlotte this May, and CATS is here to ensure your travel experience hits all the right notes.

If you plan on riding public transit to the event, we have just the deal for you! Now through May 1, customers can purchase a 3-Day Unlimited Pass for $12.00 via the CATS-Pass App. From May 2 to May 3, the unlimited pass can be purchased in the app for $15.00. Festival attendees who purchase tickets after 7 a.m. on May 3rd are encouraged to buy a Day pass at a regular price of $6.60. 

The passes are NON-Refundable adult tickets that can be used on the Gold Line, Blue Line and bus system. Passes will be active from May 2 at midnight to May 5 at 2 a.m., providing unlimited rides to ticket holders during this time. 

How to Ride

Start your adventure by heading to one of the Park & Ride locations along the Blue Line, which offer free parking for CATS customers. Leave your car with us and hop on the light rail for a smooth and stress-free journey into Uptown!  

When riding the Blue Line light rail, the 7th Street and 9th Street Stations will be your gateway to Lovin’ Life – leaving you mere moments away from the festival’s main entrance. 

CATS buses will provide overflow transportation when the light rail reaches capacity, serving as a direct connection to I-485, JW Clay and University City Blvd. Park and Ride Stations. These express buses will follow the Blue Line – making the connection to your vehicle by bus as seamless as taking the train.
