CATS is conducting its Customer Satisfaction Survey Oct. 8–25 across all services. Riders may be invited to complete a brief, confidential survey from staff in green vests. Your feedback guides service improvements, and participants may enter a prize drawing.
The meeting will take place at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, Room 267, at 600 E 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.
