Metropolitan Public Transportation Authority (MPTA) Special Meeting Notice

Pursuant to G.S. 143-318.12(b)(2) David Howard, as Chair of the MPTA, has called for a special meeting of the MPTA Bylaws Ad Hoc Committee to be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, located at 600 E. Fourth Street, in room 266. The meeting is open to the public.

The purpose of the meeting shall be to consider several items related to the MPTA’s governance documents and to conduct the following business:

Agenda:

1. Call to Order/ Attendance

2. Discuss MPTA Bylaws

3. Governance Documents

4. Adjournment
