The Way to Pay
Drivers cannot accept cash so you must have a CATS Paratransit Service ticket or CATS monthly pass. You may purchase a book of ten Paratransit tickets at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, or at the Information Center at the Charlotte Transportation Center located in uptown Charlotte at 310 East Trade Street. You may also order tickets and passes by mail by sending a check or money order, payable to the City of Charlotte, to:

* Please write your CATS Paratransit ID number on the bottom of the check or money order.
Paratransit customers may also choose to order a CATS Paratransit monthly pass or a book of ten CATS Paratransit tickets online.
Online Pass Sales
If you plan to ride more than 40 one-way trips during a month, the STS Monthly Pass may be a better value since it provides UNLIMITED rides. Just remember, the pass cannot be returned for a refund. You can buy this pass at the Information Center at the Charlotte Transportation Center, at most Harris Teeters or locate other pass sales outlets.
