The MPTA and CATS are seeking applicants for two new transit rider-focused advisory committees—the Mobility Access Committee (MAC) and the Transit Riders Advisory Committee (TRAC). These committees will elevate rider experience into decisions that affect accessibility, service quality, customer experience and the future of our transit system.

Beginning July 15, 2026, CATS Special Transportation Service (STS) will begin operating at 4:50 a.m.
Trips before 4:50 a.m. will no longer be available.
If you have a trip scheduled before 4:50 a.m. on or after July 15, please reschedule your trip by calling: 1-833-656-7699.
Mint Hill service hours are not changing.
STS trips must be scheduled one to five days in advance.
