CATS Wants Your Feedback – Paratransit Services Customer Survey

Take the survey through June 6, 2023

 

Enter to win a four-pack of yellow paratransit tickets! Complete the paratransit services customer survey online at the link below. If you want to be entered into the drawing, provide your contact information at the end of the survey and that’s it! Five lucky winners will be randomly selected to win a four-pack of yellow one-way paratransit tickets. (One entry per person. Winners will be notified by June 30, 2023.) The survey will remain open for responses through June 6, 2023.
