The MPTA and CATS are seeking applicants for two new transit rider-focused advisory committees—the Mobility Access Committee (MAC) and the Transit Riders Advisory Committee (TRAC). These committees will elevate rider experience into decisions that affect accessibility, service quality, customer experience and the future of our transit system.

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will complete concrete repairs at French Street Station on Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30.
This work was initially scheduled for July 25 and 26 and was rescheduled for weather-related reasons.
During this improvement work, Gold Line streetcars will pass French Street Station, with Johnson C. Smith University Station serving as the last and first stop on the west side of the line.
