The MPTA and CATS are seeking applicants for two new transit rider-focused advisory committees—the Mobility Access Committee (MAC) and the Transit Riders Advisory Committee (TRAC). These committees will elevate rider experience into decisions that affect accessibility, service quality, customer experience and the future of our transit system.

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is announcing the holiday office schedule and service impacts for Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Molson Coors’ Free Rides program is covering your fare to ensure you get home comfortably after ringing in the New Year. Thanks to a partnership with CATS, riders can take advantage of complimentary rides from 5 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31 until 2 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1, on CATS buses, light rail and streetcar.
