Both elevators are out of service at Tyvola Station. Shuttle service will be provided for riders in need of assistance. The shuttle service will take passengers from Tyvola Station to Archdale or Woodlawn station. Riders on the Blue Line that require elevator service should proceed to Archdale and Woodlawn stations to bypass Tyvola. Riders can call CATS customer service at 704.336.7433.
