CATS Service and Parade Detour for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is announcing the CATS Call Center, Lost and Found, Pass Sales and Information offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20 for the holiday.

All CATS bus routes, the Blue Line and the Gold Line will operate on a Saturday schedule on Monday, Jan. 20.

In addition to service modifications for the holiday, there are impacts to routes from the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Parade on Saturday, Jan. 18:

• A bus bridge will be in place on the Gold Line between CTC and French Street stations from the beginning of service until 1 p.m. During this time, streetcars between CTC and Sunnyside stations will operate on a 20-minute headway.
