Charlotte Water's goal is to have all our record drawings accurate, informative, and consistent. They should be easily interpreted by anyone who views them. We ask that you follow the requirements in our Water and Sewer Design and Construction Standards (also known as the “Design Manual”). Any deviations from this process will cause delays in the completion of your project and potentially delay the time it takes to get the project’s water meters set or activated.
