Service Alert - Tyvola Station Elevators Out of Service

Both elevators are out of service at Tyvola Station. Shuttle service will be provided for riders in need of assistance at Tyvola Station. The shuttle service will take passengers who need the elevator from Tyvola Station to Archdale or Woodlawn stations, where the Blue Line station platforms are accessible.

Riders on the Blue Line that require elevator service should proceed to Archdale and Woodlawn stations to bypass Tyvola. Call CATS customer service if you are in need of assistance at 704.336.7433.
