Charlotte, N.C. – (Thursday, March 5, 2026) – Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s (CMPD) Missing Persons Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old, Sam Meadows.
Mr. Meadows was last seen walking in the 11000 block of Erwin Ridge Avenue in Charlotte around 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Mr. Meadows was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and carrying a small black bag.
Mr. Meadows has a cognitive impairment and may be lost or confused.
Anyone with information on Mr. Meadows’ whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
