Public's Assistance Requested in Missing Person Investigation

Charlotte, N.C. – (Wednesday, February 5, 2024) – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department wants to thank the public for their assistance. Mr. Williams was located and has been reunited with his family.

 

Charlotte, N.C. – (Tuesday February 4, 2025) – Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Missing Person Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old Kenneth Wayne Williams.

Mr. Williams was last seen around 10:00 pm at his house, 10200 black of Tisbury Road, and left on foot to an unknown location. He was last seen wearing burgundy sweatpants and grey t-shirt with black winter coat.

Mr. Williams family is concerned for his safety due to cognitive concerns.

Anyone with information on Williams’ whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
