Public's Assistance Requested in Identifying Unaccompanied Juvenile

Update:  The child has been identified and the family has been notified.

Charlotte, N.C. – (Saturday, July 19, 2025) – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a non-verbal unaccompanied child located by police.

The child was located this morning near the intersection of Fox Point Drive and Springhaven Drive in North Division.

Anyone who can identify the child, the child’s address or a family member is asked to call 911 immediately.
