PUBLIC NOTICE:
EXCHANGE OF GAS CHROMATOGRAPH MASS SPECTROMETER (CGMS)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.C.G.S. 160A-271 that the City of Charlotte has personal property which it intends to exchange for value towards a new gas chromatograph mass spectrometer:
The City of Charlotte owns one gas chromatograph mass spectrometer that will be exchanged at a value of $57,174.35 to gas chromatograph mass spectrometer with a market value of $156,969.00 (Total cost to City of $102,794.65) by private negotiation pursuant to North Carolina law.
The City will consider the Resolution to exchange the gas chromatograph mass spectrometer to Agilent Technologies at the Charlotte City Council Meeting to be held in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, North Carolina at 5 p.m. on December 11, 2023.
