Public Notice: Donation of One Vehicle to the Mecklenburg County

PUBLIC NOTICE: DONATION OF ONE VEHICLE TO THE MECKLENBURG COUNTY
Notice is hereby given pursuant to
N.C.G.S. 160A-280
that the City of Charlotte has surplus personal property which it intends to donate as more particularly described as follows:
The City of Charlotte owns a
2023 Chrysler Pacifica
, which is surplus, obsolete, or unused property and has been determined as eligible for conveyance pursuant to North Carolina law to another governmental unit.
The City will consider the Resolution to donate the surplus vehicle to the Mecklenburg County at the Charlotte City Council Meeting to be held in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, North Carolina at 5 p.m. on May 12, 2025.
