Water Bill Payment Options
**In this time of uncertainty, Charlotte Water has implemented measures to ensure safety for both employees and customers. The in-person payment counters will be closed at CMGC and West Service Center effective March 18, 2020. The drive-thru payment center on 600 East Trade St. will also be closed until further notice. We will have minimal staff available on Thursdays to check the mail and process drop box payments at 600 East 4th St. Updated signage has been posted at our locations. Please use other methods of payment via the web portal, IVR, online banking and at the authorized payment locations.
**As of March 12, 2020, account disconnections for nonpayment are suspended. Those customers who were disconnected at the time have since been reconnected. Customers will still be responsible for charges on services used during this time. Customers should continue to make payments to avoid higher bills later.
To make payment on a
past due or disconnected account, you must pay via KUBRA EZ-PAY in person, online or by phone before 5pm to have the payment posted the same day. A convenience fee is charged by KUBRA EZ-PAY for this service. Water Bill FAQs
**As of March 23, 2020, new assessment of late fees associated with delinquent accounts are suspended. Customers who need assistance paying their Charlotte Water bill can contact 311 (704-336-7600) to learn about payment arrangement options as well as other community resources available.

1. One Time Payment
Make a one -time KUBRA EZ-PAY payment using your bank account, ATM, Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa or Diners card. A $1.10 fee is charged by KUBRA EZ-PAY per transaction.
2. Bill Portal Site Log in to view your bill, sign up for paperless billing, schedule recurring payments, make a one-time payment using your checking or savings account (if signed up for paperless billing), look up past payment information and review your water consumption history.
