Within the Central Business District of Uptown Charlotte, in partnership with Charlotte Center City Partners (CCCP), you will find a number of vendors selling anything from food to flowers, to balloons; this is known as our Tryon Street Vendor Program.
If you are interested in becoming part of this program, there is a non-refundable $35.00 application fee due to Charlotte Center City Partners. If accepted into the program, the annual permit fee is $160.00.

Items that will need to be included with their application are:
Photo of cart/vending unit
Health Department Permit/Inspection report
Certificate of Insurance showing proof of general liability, and naming City of Charlotte as additional insured and as the Certificate Holder
Copy of the menu
For a first -time applicant, a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 is required
Annual Fee of $160.00
