Kenilworth Romany Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The Kenilworth/Romany Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 233 acres, the project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity.

The project is bordered by Berkely Avenue to the north, Buchanan Street to the south, Morehead Street to the east and East Boulevard to the west. Streets in the project area include Romany Road, Scott Avenue, Kenilworth Avenue, Waverly Avenue, Buchanan Street, Linganore Place, and Dilworth Road.
