Overview

The Alanhurst/Cherrycrest Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 215 acres, the project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. 

Project Updates

Construction of the Alanhurst/Cherrycrest Storm Drainage Improvement Project is complete. Storm Water Services will continue to monitor the project during the next 12 months. The construction inspector will conduct 6- and 11-month inspections during the warranty period. If needed, the contractor will return to the site to make repairs at no additional cost. 

  

Estimated Cost: $6,800,000*

*includes all costs associated with this project such as planning and design, utility relocation, consultant fees, permits, construction, and landscaping.
