CATS to Restripe Archdale Park and Ride

The Archdale Park and Ride, located along the Blue Line at 6230 South Blvd., will be restriped beginning Monday, Oct. 14. The Park and Ride will be closed until the work is completed.

CATS to Suspend Blue Line and Gold Line Service for Maintenance

All Blue Line and Gold Line service will be suspended beginning at 2 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 through 4 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, for preventative maintenance. Bus bridges will be in place during the suspension of service, and service will resume as normal at 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21.

Public Meetings on Microtransit, Conversion of Routes 97, 98, 99 and 2

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will host public meetings to inform riders about its microtransit service. The meeting will also cover the proposed conversion to microtransit of routes 97, 98, 99 and 290. These changes would occur in 2025.

LoSo Parking Deck Opens

The MAA LoSo Garage parking deck off the Blue Line light rail near Scaleybark Station will open to CATS riders on Monday, Oct. 7. Beginning Monday, CATS riders with a valid transit pass can park at the LoSo deck for free.

CATS Hosts Public Meetings - Red Line Commuter Rail

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will host public meetings on the updated design of the Red Line Commuter Rail. The Red Line is a 25-mile commuter rail project to connect the downtowns of Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson, potentially extending into Mt. Mourne in Mooresville.
